I like how “Porno Soundtracks” was the last straw before they responded and threatened to ban anyone else who did a “reply all.”  They blamed the mistake, which revealed over 400 email address of their content partners, on a “human error” and claimed it only affected a “minor part” of their userbase.

(I use Mininova’s Content Distribution service to provide full HD versions of my video podcasts)
