So I’ve been slightly obsessed with audio podcasts lately.  It’s a beautiful medium because you can consume them while actively partaking in other activities.  I think this is also why I find myself consuming much more music than film, television, or printed media; because it doesn’t require I put life on pause.

That said I’ve been enjoying a lot of podcasts from TWiT and NPR, as well as local things like Preston & Steve.  One podcast I’ve only recently gotten into, despite hearing great things about for quite some time, is This American Life.  Above is a clip that addresses something I as a casual fan of the Onion have wondered about for years: Where do those headlines come from?
